Oki,
This post is to update you on the progress of the Elder Home Inspection Workplan. You are receiving this update because you received an inspection in summer 2022. In total, over 220 homes were inspected by professional home inspectors.
Over the winter housing hired Associated Engineering completed a comprehensive workplan to address the issues identified in all housing inspection reports.
This summer we will hire the company that will complete these repairs.
Thank you for your patience on this important project. We would like to also take this opportunity to answer some common questions about this project.
Frequently Asked Questions:
Will I get a home renovation?
This is not a renovation project. The intent is to repair urgent and high priorities in your homes. This could mean structural repairs, replacing furnaces or water heaters, exterior repairs, electrical work, and plumbing work.
How are repairs prioritized?
AE Engineering assessed all homes and categorized issues (Urgent, High Priority, Medium Priority, Low Priority). We plan to resolve all urgent and high priority items first, such as structural and safety issues, and health issues.
